概述

本品为无菌麻醉剂，有效成分为三溴乙醇（Tribromoethanol，TBE，亦名阿佛丁），属于非管制药物；该试剂曾被推荐用于转基因鼠传代相关外科手术的麻醉，且适用于孕鼠实验，不会影响妊娠过程及胎鼠活性，该浓缩液有客户用于犬手术麻醉。

本品为高浓度原液（1 g/mL），客户可以购买后稀释使用，客户如果想用于小鼠实验，可以用生理盐水1：40稀释后使用。

注意事项

1. 使用前请务必确定标签上保质期，并观察是否变色或有结晶析出。如果有晶体析出，可以37℃水浴溶解。正式实验前请先进行预实验。

2. 仅用于科研（非临床科研研究）。

This product is a sterile anesthetic with the active ingredient Tribromoethanol (TBE, also known as Avertin). It is a non‑controlled substance. This reagent has been recommended for anesthesia in surgical procedures related to transgenic mouse breeding and is suitable for use in pregnant mice without affecting the pregnancy process or fetal viability. This concentrated solution has also been used by some customers for canine surgical anesthesia.

This product is supplied as a high‑concentration stock solution (1 g/mL). Customers may dilute it before use. For mouse experiments, it can be diluted 1:40 with physiological saline.

Precautions

1. Before use, always check the expiration date on the label and observe whether the solution has changed color or developed crystals. If crystals have formed, dissolve them in a 37°C water bath. Perform a pilot experiment before formal studies.

2. For research use only (non‑clinical research).
