概述

Form: Ig Fraction (Standard Antisera) obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation.

Working Dilution: >1:512 by indirect ELISA

Western Blot: at a dilution of 1:8000, the antibody reacts to 0.6 and 1.25 ug purified human liver cathepsin L and does not react with purified cathepsins B, D, or H.
The Cathepsin L immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human liver.
