概述

Form: Ig Fraction (Standard Antisera) obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation.

Working Dilution: 1:1024 by indirect ELISA using purified antigen

Western Blot: At a dilution of 1:4000, the antibody reacts with 0.3 and 0.6 ug of purified human liver cathepsin B and does not react with 0.3 ug purified human liver cathepsins D, H or L.

The Cathepsin B immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human liver.
