The section was incubated with Ab007181 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.

IF analysis of Recombinant CD38 Antibody (Ab007181) in Raji cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 10 minutes and then blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant CD38 Antibody (Ab007181) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (AF647) (Ab181952) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
