Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast tissue labelling Laminin with Recombinant Laminin Antibody (Ab112702) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab112702 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
