Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling PD1 with PD1 Mouse mAb (Ab120756) at 1/200 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab120756 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
