TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Armenian Hamster mAb (Ab184547) - Flow Cytometry Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD3 Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab185406) and either Armenian Hamster IgG (Biotin) (Ab191741; Left panel) or TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Armenian Hamster mAb (Ab184547; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD3 versus TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
