Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse IgG3-kappa (Biotin), anti-HEL (Ab212236) (blue). Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
