PHA-stimulated (3 days) human peripheral blood lymphocytes were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant IL-2 Receptor alpha/CD25 Antibody (PE) (Ab230830) (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab180308). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Unstimulated PBMCs were used as control (left panel).
