概述

Product Description：

The LNCaP whole cell was prepared using a standard whole cell lysate protocol. The concentration was determined using the BCA assay process.

The LNCaP-FGC (fast growing colony) cell line is a subline derived from the LNCaP cell line, sharing all the main characteristics, including its androgen sensitivity, described for the parental line. These fibroblast-like cells express high levels of human prostatic acid phosphatase, androgen receptors and prostate antigen. They are used as a model of prostate cancer especially in studies of the development of androgen resistance in human prostate cancer.

Our lysates are made using RIPA buffer to which we add a protease inhibitor cocktail(EDTA-Free Protease Inhibitor Cocktail ) and phosphatase inhibitor(Na3VO4).

Recommended reconstitute at 1-2 mg/mL in ddH2O. Use at an assay dependent concentration. Ready to load on SDS-PAGE for Western blotting, 20 µg per lane is recommended for mini gel.Lyophilized contents may appear as either a translucent film or a white power.
