概述
本Lithium Chloride Solution （简称LiCl）为透明液体，可以随取随用，无需添加其他试剂。LiCl是强脱水剂，可降低RNA的溶解性。因此，体外转录中的RNA在高浓度LiCl溶液中会形成沉淀，从而可通过离心加以分离。使用本品可去除RNA转录样品中大部分蛋白和游离核苷酸。

注意事项
本品使用前可能存在少许沉淀，可在37℃下重悬处理，沉淀并不影响本产品对RNA沉淀效果。
RNA浓度大于400ng/μl时沉淀效果最好。
RNA小于300nt或浓度小于100ng/μl时，不能通过此方法得到有效沉淀。
This lithium chloride precision solution (hereinafter referred to as LiCl) is a transparent liquid, which can be used at any time without adding other reagents. LiCl is a strong dehydrating agent, which can reduce the solubility of RNA. Therefore, RNA transcribed in vitro will form precipitation in high concentration LiCl solution, which can be separated by centrifugation. This product can remove most proteins and free nucleotides in RNA transcription samples.

Matters needing attention
This product may have a little precipitation before use, which can be resuspended at 37 ℃. The precipitation does not affect the RNA precipitation effect of this product.
RNA concentration greater than 400ng/ μ L is the best.
RNA less than 300nt or concentration less than 100ng/ μ L, effective precipitation cannot be obtained by this method.
