磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）是一种用于生物学研究的缓冲溶液。它是一种含有磷酸钠、氯化钠并在某些配方中含有氯化钾和磷酸钾的水基盐溶液。溶液的重量摩尔渗透压浓度和离子浓度与人体相同（等渗），并且对绝大多数细胞无毒。

使用方法：
1.使用三级水或一级水溶解本品并定容至10ml，可得10ml体积的10X磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液浓缩液。
2.若需配置1X浓度磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液，可用三级水或一级水溶解本品并定容至100ml，或将10X浓缩液与三级水或一级水按1:9比例进行稀释。
3.溶解后所得磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液经0.22μm过滤除菌后，可用于细胞生物学实验，配制用水内毒素需低于0.01EU/ml并用去内毒素的无菌容器盛装。
4.蒸气灭菌会导致溶液体积损失并造成溶液浓度,pH,渗透压等参数变化，请勿采用蒸气灭菌方法对溶液进行除菌。
5.本品溶解后pH在25℃-37℃可稳定于所标注的范围内，无需使用HCl进一步进行调节，如需其他pH的磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液，可购买对应产品或进行定制。
Product Description
Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) is a buffer solution used in biological research. It is a water-based salt solution containing sodium phosphate, sodium chloride and, in some formulations, it contains potassium chloride and potassium phosphate. The osmolality and ion concentrations of the solutions match those of the human body (isotonic) and are non-toxic to most cells.
Pre-measured tablets for convenient preparation of 1X PBS solution, pH 7.3-7.5.
May be sterilized by filtration or autoclave, if desired.
Does not contain calcium or magnesium.
Each tablet, when dissolved in 100 mL of water, prepares 1X PBS solution containing 137 mM sodium chloride, 2.7 mM potassium chloride, and 10 mM phosphate buffer.
