概述
ATP 即 Adenosine-5'-triphosphate，中文名为腺苷三磷酸，该化合物及其钠盐是生物系统中能量转换的基本组分，可用于分 子生物学中多种相关应用，如激酶反应、体外转录、连接和磷酸化反应等。本产品为纯度 ≥ 99% (HPLC) 的 ATP 钠盐水溶液， 浓度为 10mM ± 2mM，且没有核酸内切酶、核酸外切酶和核糖核酸酶污染。

保存温度
产品可以在-20±5℃短期保存或运输，长期保存于-70±5℃，产品有效期 1 年；

ATP is adenosine-5 '- triphosphate, which is called adenosine triphosphate in Chinese. This compound and its sodium salt are the basic components of energy conversion in biological system. They can be used in a variety of related applications in molecular biology, such as kinase reaction, in vitro transcription, ligation and phosphorylation reaction. This product is ATP sodium saline solution with purity ≥ 99% (HPLC), the concentration is 10mm ± 2mm, and there is no pollution of endonuclease, exonuclease and ribonuclease.
This product is produced with raw and auxiliary materials of medicinal specifications, and all kinds of pollution in the production process are strictly controlled. The product production and quality management procedures in line with GMP specifications ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw and auxiliary materials.

Storage temperature
The product can be stored or transported at - 20 ± 5 ℃ for a short time, and stored at - 70 ± 5 ℃ for a long time. The product is valid for 1 years;
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and frequent temperature changes;
The product may form a concentration gradient after freezing. It needs to be fully mixed before use.
