Biotin conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody is commonly used for immunohistochemistry, Western blotting, and ELISA. Application WB: 1:10000-1:200000 ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 IF: 1:1000
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab170143) - IF IF analysis of beta Actin (red) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with beta Actin Antibody (Ab091004) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab170143) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (Cy5) (rp169047) at a dilution of 1/2000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab170143) - ELISA Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab170143) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with 100 ng of Rabbit IgG (Ab170215). A serial dilution of Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab170143) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
