Recombinant Human GH Protein was serially diluted 4-fold and captured by Growth Hormone Mouse mAb (Ab175999) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (W291037). Growth Hormone Mouse mAb (Ab175997) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (np156148).
