概述

一套的包装是500ml苏木素➕500ml伊红染色液

适用范围

病理组织切片标本的染色


特点

1．染色后细胞核呈现蓝色，细胞浆呈现粉红色或红色。

2．染色效果好，细胞结构清晰可辨，层次浓淡分明。

3．染色液质量稳定，可以重复使用。


使用方法

将组织切片浸入苏木素染色液中3～10分钟，水洗，1%盐酸酒精分化数秒钟，水洗返蓝，伊红染色液染色30秒～2分钟

Scope of application

Staining of pathological tissue sections


Characteristic

1. the nucleus was blue after staining, and the cytoplasm was pink or red.

2. the staining effect is good, the cell structure is clear and distinguishable, and the layer is thick and light.

3. the quality of the dye solution is stable and can be reused.


Usage method

The tissue sections were immersed in hematoxylin staining solution for 3-10 minutes, washed in water, 1% hydrochloric acid alcohol differentiated for several seconds, then washed back to blue, eosin staining solution for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
