本产品由特定血浆制备而成，该血浆经美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）要求的检测证实，乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）、丙型肝炎抗体（anti-HCV）、乙型肝炎核心抗体（anti-HBc）检测结果均为阴性，1 型和 2 型人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体（anti-HIV 1 & 2）检测结果也为阴性。
阿拉丁（Aladdin）产品均为实验室试剂，不得用于人体给药，也不得用于任何药物相关用途。仅限科研或进一步生产使用。

Vitronectin and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 are proteins that interact in the circulatory system and pericellular region to regulate fibrinolysis, cell adhesion, and migration. Plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1, a serine proteinase, through its binding to the plasma protein vitronectin, influences processes that are key regulators of hemostatic process, for example, thrombosis and wound healing. In addition the vitronectin and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 complex regulates binding of blood platelets and cells to extracellular substrata in events like tumor metastasis. The plasma concentration of vitronectin is 200 to 400 μg/ml.
Prepared from plasma shown to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA-required tests.

生化机理

Vitronectin is a cell adhesion and spreading factor found in serum and tissues. Vitronectin interact with glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans. Is recognized by certain members of the integrin family and serves as a cell-to-substrate adhesion molecule. Inhibitor of the membrane-damaging effect of the terminal cytolytic complement pathway.Somatomedin-B is a growth hormone-dependent serum factor with protease-inhibiting activity. Post-translational: Sulfated on tyrosine residues. N- and O-glycosylated. Phosphorylation on Thr-69 and Thr-76 favors cell adhesion and spreading.It has been suggested that the active SMB domain may be permitted considerable disulfide bond heterogeneity or variability, thus two alternate disulfide patterns based on 3D structures are described with 1 disulfide bond conserved in both.Phosphorylation sites are present in the extracellular medium.
