Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labelling CD14 with Recombinant CD14 Antibody (Ab006698) at 1/100 dilution. The section was incubated with Ab006698 for 30 mins at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 was used for antigen retrieval.
