Rabbit anti Human p38 gamma/MAPK12 Antibody, Polyclonal, could be used for WB, IHC and so on. Application: WB: 1/500-1/2000 IHC: 1/50-1/100 Protein Function Responds to activation by environmental stress and pro-inflammatory cytokines by phosphorylating downstream targets. Plays a role in myoblast differentiation and also in the down-regulation of cyclin D1 in response to hypoxia in adrenal cells suggesting MAPK12 may inhibit cell proliferation while promoting differentiation.

p38 gamma/MAPK12 Antibody (Ab119728) - IF/ICC
IF analysis of p38 gamma/MAPK12 Antibody (Ab119728) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 10 minutes and then blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with p38 gamma/MAPK12 Antibody (Ab119728) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab181954) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
