Flow cytometry analysis of HLA-DR expression by Raji cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with HLA-DR Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab184636) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
