概述
血清来源于无菌采集的6~8月龄优质胎牛血清，采用自然凝集工艺；GMP净化车间全自动灌装生产，批量大、批间差小。
适用范围
专用于培养干细胞、难培养原代细胞等。
1) 干细胞代表：胚胎干细胞、精原干细胞、NSC、UC-MSCs、PB-MSCs等。
2) 难培养原代细的代表：外周血原代间充质干细胞、外周血原代巨噬细胞等。
使用方法
1) 本品经过0.1微米过滤除菌，无需再次过滤除菌。
2) 为避免沉淀增多，血清在融化过程中，须间歇的摇晃均匀。
3) 若一次无法用完1整瓶，建议在无菌环境下分装，-20℃冷冻保存，避免反复冻融。
注意事项
如有以下情况，请勿使用
1) 包装有破损。
2) 溶液浑浊，有污染的疑虑。
3) 使用时已超出规定有效期。
4) 仅用于研究和进一步生产，不得直接用于人或动物。
Product Introduction
The serum is derived from aseptically collected high-quality fetal bovine serum at 6–8 months of gestation, using natural coagulation technology; produced by automatic filling in a GMP cleanroom workshop, with large batch size and minimal inter-batch variation.
Scope of Application
Specially designed for the culture of stem cells, difficult-to-culture primary cells, etc.
1. Representative stem cells: embryonic stem cells, spermatogonial stem cells, NSC, UC-MSCs, PB-MSCs, etc.
2. Representative difficult-to-culture primary cells: peripheral blood-derived primary mesenchymal stem cells, peripheral blood-derived primary macrophages, etc.
Instructions for use
1. This product has been 0.1 μm filter‑sterilized; no further filtration is required.
2. To prevent excessive precipitation, the serum must be gently shaken intermittently during thawing.
3. If one bottle cannot be used up at once, aliquot under aseptic conditions and store frozen at −20 °C; avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles.
Precautions
Do NOT use if:
1. The package is damaged.
2. The solution is turbid or suspected of contamination.
3. The product has exceeded the stated expiry date.
4. For research and further manufacturing use only; not for direct use in humans or animals.
