概述

Mouse anti Mouse CD22 Antibody, Monoclonal (Cy34.1), could be used for in vivo B cell depletion in combination with anti-CD19 (clone 1D3) and anti-rat κLight Chain (clone MAR 18.5), Flow, IP and so on.
Application:
in vivo B cell depletion in combination with anti-CD19 (clone 1D3) and anti-rat κLight Chain (clone MAR 18.5): Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Flow: Use at an assay dependent concentration.
IP: Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Protein Function
Mediates B-cell B-cell interactions. May be involved in the localization of B-cells in lymphoid tissues. Binds sialylated glycoproteins; one of which is CD45. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site can be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface. Upon ligand induced tyrosine phosphorylation in the immune response seems to be involved in regulation of B-cell antigen receptor signaling. Plays a role in positive regulation through interaction with Src family tyrosine kinases and may also act as an inhibitory receptor by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatases via their SH2 domains that block signal transduction through dephosphorylation of signaling molecules.

Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD22 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD3 Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab185406) and either Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306; Left panel) or CD22 Mouse mAb (Ab094278; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD3 versus CD22 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
