本试剂盒采用HK/G6PDH偶联酶法测定葡萄糖含量。葡萄糖经己糖激酶与葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶依次催化，将NADP⁺还原为NADPH，于340 nm处有特征吸收峰，通过测定该波长下NADPH吸光度的增幅（其与葡萄糖含量成正比），即可定量样品中葡萄糖浓度。
This kit employs an HK/G6PDH-coupled enzymatic method for the determination of glucose content. Glucose is sequentially catalyzed by hexokinase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, reducing NADP⁺ to NADPH, which exhibits a characteristic absorption peak at 340 nm. By measuring the increase in NADPH absorbance at this wavelength, which is proportional to the glucose content, the glucose concentration in the sample can be quantified.
