蛋白酶抑制剂（Protease Inhibitor）可与蛋白酶分子活性中心的特定基团结合，在不使蛋白变性的前提下降低或消除蛋白酶活性，从而有效抑制蛋白降解、维持天然蛋白间相互作用。常见蛋白酶抑制剂包括 EDTA、E-64、NaVO₃、Bestatin、Leupeptin、Pepstatin A、Aprotinin 等。
焦亚硫酸钠溶液 (100×) 以焦亚硫酸钠（Sodium Metabisulfite）为主要成分，不含 EDTA，为 100× 浓缩液；适用于哺乳动物组织、细胞的蛋白质提取，可高效获得目的蛋白，提取产物可用于 Western Blot、免疫共沉淀等后续实验。
本试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤（仅供参考）
1. 开盖前请低速离心一下，以便将黏附于管壁的液体甩至管底。
2. 使用时，根据裂解液的用量加入焦亚硫酸钠溶液 (100×)，使其终浓度达到1×。
注意事项
1. 焦亚硫酸钠溶液 (100×) 有轻微刺激性，小心操作，同时应避免反复冻融。

Protease inhibitors can bind to specific groups in the active centers of protease molecules, reducing or eliminating protease activity without denaturing the proteins. This effectively inhibits protein degradation and maintains interactions between native proteins. Common protease inhibitors include EDTA, E-64, NaVO₃, Bestatin, Leupeptin, Pepstatin A, Aprotinin, etc.
Product Description
The Sodium Metabisulfite Solution (100×) is primarily composed of sodium pyrosulfite (Sodium Metabisulfite). It is EDTA-free and provided as a 100× concentrated solution. It is suitable for protein extraction from mammalian tissues and cells, facilitating efficient obtainment of target proteins. The extracted products can be used in subsequent experiments such as Western Blot, Co-Immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), etc.
This reagent is for research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures or other purposes.
Procedure (For Reference Only)
Briefly centrifuge the tube before opening to spin down any liquid adhering to the walls or cap.
During use, add the Sodium Metabisulfite Solution (100×) to the required volume of Lysis Buffer to achieve a final concentration of 1× (e.g., add 10 μL of 100× solution per 1 mL of Lysis Buffer).
Notes
The Sodium Metabisulfite Solution (100×) is mildly irritating. Handle with care and avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
