生化机理 水杨酸钠是乙酰水杨酸的代谢产物,通过抑制 NF κ B 和减少氧化应激发挥作用。在对大鼠的研究中,该制剂能够防止谷氨酸诱发的神经毒性。与阿司匹林一样,水杨酸钠也是一种抗炎化合物,可与 IKK β 结合并对其产生抑制作用。 水杨酸钠在体外和体内均可减少 ATP 结合。水杨酸钠是 c-Jun 和 Cox-2 的抑制剂,也是 p38 的激活剂。抑制环氧化酶,阻止前列腺素的形成。抑制 MAPK 级联、NF-κB 和 AP-1 的成分。通过激活 p38 MAPK 诱导细胞凋亡。
应用 有机合成原料;防腐剂;测胃液中游离酸的试剂;点滴分析二氧化铀。解热镇痛药和抗风湿药。

产品介绍
