概述

糜蛋白酶（胰凝乳蛋白酶），一种内肽酶。为白色或淡黄色结晶或无定形粉末，溶于水，不溶于有机溶剂。作用于蛋白质时，可选择性水解 L - 酪氨酸和 L - 苯丙氨酸羧基端形成的肽键。

应用

1. 作为医药原料用于生产注射剂。常用于一般创伤、术后伤口愈合、抗炎，预防局部水肿、积血、扭伤血肿、乳腺术后局部肿胀；还可用于鼓膜炎、鼻炎等。可用于白内障摘除，松解眼肌韧带，减轻囊肿破裂及视网膜损伤。此外，与胰蛋白酶联合使用，可用作广谱抗炎药。

2. 作为抗生素和抗菌药物用药的辅助手段，广泛应用于动物医学和动物保健领域。
