Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (AF700) (rp188527) - Flow Cytometry Flow cytometry analysis of CD45 expression by Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD45 Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab179532) at 0.05μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
