Flow cytometry analysis of PD-L1 expression by MDA-MB-231 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with Recombinant PD-L1 Antibody (APC) (Ab170185) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Isotype control. Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
