概述
Sulforaphane 是一种天然存在的异硫氰酸盐，存在于十字花科蔬菜如西兰花、卷心菜、羽衣甘蓝。它是 Nrf2 的诱导物。Sulforaphane 也是 histone deacetylase (HDAC) 和 NF-κB 的抑制剂。Sulforaphane 可增加 heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1)，并降低 reactive oxygen species (ROS) 的水平。Sulforaphane 诱导细胞周期停滞和凋亡。
用途
用DL-萝卜硫素处理LNCaP前列腺癌细胞以研究其对雄激素受体的作用。用DL-萝卜硫素处理大鼠对研究其对马拉硫磷毒性的影响。
Product Introduction
Sulforaphane is a naturally occurring isothiocyanate found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, kale.It is an inducer of Nrf2.Sulforaphane is also an inhibitor of histone deacetylase (HDAC) and NF - κ B.Sulforaphane increases heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and decreases the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS).Sulforaphane induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
Application
LNCaP prostate cancer cells were treated with DL sulforaphane to investigate its effect on androgen receptor.Treatment of rats with DL sulforaphane was used to study its effect on malathion toxicity.
