概述
易溶于水，溶于乙醇、植物油、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、甲苯不溶于矿物油。低温时成胶状，受热后复原。有特臭，味微苦。 为非离子型亲水性表面活性剂。用作注射剂的增溶剂及其他剂型的乳化剂和分散剂，药用辅料，气相色谱固定注(最高使用温度160℃，溶剂为氯仿、二氯甲烷、甲醇)，分离分析脂肪酸酯、醇、酮和卤化物。扩散剂。湿润剂。
聚山梨酯 80是一种表面活性剂。[1]聚山梨酸酯是山梨醇和山梨醇酐油酸酯通过聚乙二醇链结合。
It is readily soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, vegetable oil, ethyl acetate, methanol, and toluene, but insoluble in mineral oil. It forms a gel at low temperatures and reverts to its original state upon heating. It has a characteristic odor and a slightly bitter taste. It is a nonionic hydrophilic surfactant. It is used as a solubilizer for injections and as an emulsifier and dispersant in other dosage forms, as a pharmaceutical excipient, in gas chromatography stationary phases (maximum operating temperature 160℃, solvents include chloroform, dichloromethane, and methanol), and for the separation and analysis of fatty acid esters, alcohols, ketones, and halides. It is also used as a dispersant and a wetting agent.
