概述
L-Ascorbic acid (GMP Like) 是类 GMP 级别的 L-Ascorbic acid。L-Ascorbic acid (L-Ascorbate, Vitamin C)，一种电子供体，是一种内源性抗氧化剂。L-Ascorbic acid 选择性抑制 Cav3.2 通道 (Cav3.2 channels)，IC50 为 6.5 μM。L-Ascorbic acid 还是一种胶原沉积促进剂和弹性生成抑制剂。L-Ascorbic acid通过产生活性氧 (ROS) 和选择性损伤癌细胞表现出抗癌作用。
L-Ascorbic acid (GMP Like) is the GMP Like class L-Ascorbic acid. L-Ascorbic acid (L-Ascorbate, Vitamin C), an electron donor, is an endogenous antioxidant agent. L-Ascorbic acid inhibits selectively Cav3.2 channels with an IC50 of 6.5 μM. L-Ascorbic acid is also a collagen deposition enhancer and an elastogenesis inhibitor[1][2][3]. L-Ascorbic acid exhibits anti-cancer effects through the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and selective damage to cancer cells.
